Requirements
We are seeking a highly motivated Modeling & Simulation (M&S) Analyst to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) in assessing the capabilities of the Missile Defense System (MDS). This critical role will involve working in a distributed Hardware-In-the-Loop (HWIL) simulation environment, contributing to MDA Ground Test (GT) events, Continuous Developmental Integration (CDI) activities, and MDA Flight Test (FT) support. The primary focus will be analyzing the Objective Simulation Framework (OSF), delivering analytical support to MDA’s distributed software threat simulation
Responsibilities:
Provide M&S framework analysis support for GT events, CDI activities, and Flight Test support.
Perform verification of OSF and element configuration settings based on HWIL run data and documentation.
Perform the analysis for the integration of current and future software capabilities into OSF.
Ensure event data quality and integrity through verification and validation analysis of test data.
Develop and run Python tools to support M&S analysis activities.
Document and communicate analysis results across interdisciplinary teams.
Collaborate with a team of analysts and engineers to ensure the successful execution of test simulation campaigns.

Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of the HWIL architecture infrastructure, including truth presentation utilizing Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) adapter, and/or Ground Test Integrated System Simulation (GTISS) adapter.
Knowledge of the HWIL architecture infrastructure truth presentation to the element models (SMHR, signatures, environment).
Familiarity with data analysis libraries in Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
Familiarity with Network Systems Integration and Test Environment (NSITE)
Familiarity with MDA Ground Test CONOPS.
